Panel Conversation: At the Literary and Visual Crossroads

Panel Conversation: At the Literary and Visual Crossroads promotional image

Join us for an afternoon exploring the deep-rooted connection between writing and visual art at the museum.

The panel will feature speakers from across campus, including creative writers and faculty members, who will share their creative practices and how literary and visual art come together in their work. The presentations will be followed by a Q&A.

Presented in collaboration with the International Writing Program, this program continues the Stanley's work as a creative hub where the visual and literary arts meet, a role the museum is proud to champion as part of the University of Iowa's writing community.
