School's Out at the Stanley

When local K-12 schools are closed or canceled, the Stanley invites kids and their families to stop by the museum for kid-centered activities and snacks in the lobby. Then, head up to the galleries to try your hand at our scavenger hunts and find a new favorite artwork.

Stanley Creates

Stanley Creates is a free, family-friendly event offered twice a semester at the Stanley Museum of Art. It provides an opportunity for families to experience the museum together through an art-making activity that takes inspiration from the Stanley collection. During their visit to the museum, families are encouraged to use the Stanley Family Guide and participate in a self-guided tour of the exhibitions.
