Book a Stanley School Programs Visit
The Stanley will offer virtual visits on Zoom to K–12 classrooms in 2020–21.
Requests for fall 2020 and spring 2021 classroom visits will begin August 2020.
Use this form to request a presentation, or multiple presentations, from Stanley School Programs (SSP). SSP is our outreach program that connects K–12 students to the Stanley education collections. Presentations typically last 45 minutes to 1 hour, but can be adapted to fit into shorter class periods. We recommend following your school's daily bell schedule when planning presentations. Group sizes should be limited to 20-25 students per presentation. Larger groups can be accommodated, but be aware that groups larger than 25 lead to less opportunity for students to have hands-on engagement with the art and to participate in discussions.
Scheduling at least one month in advance is encouraged. Because of the number of visit requests that SSP receives, some requests cannot be accommodated. After submitting your request, you will be contacted via e-mail to confirm the details of your visit.
Incomplete forms will not be accepted. You must complete all required fields for your form to be processed, including first and second choice dates and a presentation schedule.
