I love art museums. The first place I go when visiting a new city is to the art museum. I think one reason why I love looking at art so much is because I'm terrible at drawing and none of my pictures are worth looking at!
What inspired you to become a Stanley docent?
Years ago, I was a teacher and very much enjoyed learning with students. I am inspired to return to those stimulating connections as a Stanley docent by sharing our fascinating art collection with others.
What are you looking forward to in the new building?
After 14 years anticipating a new building, I am looking forward simply to being able to see art in person again. The new building is a magnificent home for our equally brilliant collection.
